We will be joining the “readiness relay” Person Center Emergency Planning (P-CEP) event, where participants can visit tables representing each of the 8 sections of the capability wheel for a short time (3-5 minutes) and receive resources and a small giveaway item. It is going to be a fun way to share about P-CEP!
